What We Do
The Columbia Wetlands snake through the valley. These wetlands represent the longest marshland ecosystems in North America.
The Columbia Basin Watershed Network is assisting local watershed groups by providing information and educational resources. We also function as a central meeting point to collaborate on ideas and ultimately function as a larger unified body.
Vision
We are residents in the Canadian Columbia Basin who are committed to conserving and managing watersheds in a collaborative way with sustainable outcomes to ensure watersheds function as healthy ecosystems that support communities.
Watershed Network Strategic Framework
The Watershed Network Strategic Framework defines goals and objectives.
Mission
The Columbia Basin Watershed Network will coordinate and facilitate networking, capacity building and information sharing to ensure healthy functioning ecosystems and communities in the Canadian Columbia River Basin.
